Gun control is not Crime control.
Its FAR from a WIN. They said that the people have a right to own firearms AND government also has a right to have restrictions. There is no language on the limit of restrictions. Ergo, CA laws will not change a bit. In CA we can own firearms, but with many restrictions, fully complies.

They will keep pushing this... every year they make/pass laws that take a little more of our gun freedom away....
The majority opinion didn't really talk about restrictions on hunting weapons, but was more focused on house hold pistols.

Well, I'm going to be living in SF for the next 3 or 4 years, so that's still a bit of good news. :)
