I just hooked my buddy up with my load bearing vest and some other peices of my loadout for a paintball game hes goin to tomorrow. He was complaining about how carrying around ammo in the bags they sell them in at the field and he didn't have the time tonight to get some paintball carriers at walmart so I suggested 20 ounce gatorade bottles to carry them since they fit perfectly in my vest's mag pouches. Then he complained about being able to get the bottles out of the pouches. I think for a minute and look at a couple of my AR15 mags and I see the magpuls I made for them out of duct tape and para cord, so I did the same for the gatorade bottles. Such a simple design, such a simple purpose, yet the concept of a magpul revolutionized how a combatant is able to withdraw ammunition from his combat vest. Magpuls ftw...
