As far as the colors, the kits are actually based on the prototype versions of the xm8's from what I have heard. Haven't they been made in various colors throughout their testing period? Also, I don't know if the standard color is going to be black if and when they are produced.

Nice feel is right, that thing weighs like 15 ounces (not literally) and it literally, like snoopy says, feelks like its made of soda bottle plastic.
