I've been having issues with a staff member there treating my friends, associates, and referrals like utter crap. I've written the management twice now and have had that same person go off on my friends about the letter of complaint (only to give them a 5% discount after the rant). Which just doesn't make sense for them to inform the person of who wrote what in a letter of complaint (things were quoted).

thanks to the 4 people who've PM'd me. I'm going to take this to the owner/manager prior to going to the BBB.
