After i painted the gun, the heat throught the window made the gun stick to a chair i have. When i pulled it off, it messed up the paint in a few spots. I put some of the camo paint to cover it up, and give it a different look. Im not totally happy with it, so im getting some new ideas.
I personally pull the inner barrel out of my vsr and hang it from the outer barrel when I paint my gun, but of you're just doing the stock you could easily stick a metal coat hanger through the front sling stud mount and hang it like that.
I dont really understand what your saying. But i did paint the outer barrel, and i did pull the inner out when i painted it.
oh, thought you meant that you set it on the chair to dry :)
I used Krylon camo ultra flat paints, then sprayed a coat of some water proof, extra protectant stuff. I dont exactly know what its called. But the paint being messed up isnt the issue, i just want to do something better.
ahh, well for a new design you could always do a hello kitty vsr10 :)
