I would say it's closer to "If the water's cold" I'll just keep it out of the water, Buuut if the "Waters warm or Hot" I may just let it go and get in. Or maybe he does'nt want to be lowballed :D

Hahaha. I was just gonna say, it seems like half the sellers these days are "testing the waters". I mean by now, surely somebody must know whether the water is warm or cold?!?
