it seems like you have to get a AUG with a scope or no optics at all like iron sights

buy a scope for the aug with no optics.
your saying that if i had a AUG civilian that my only option would be to get a scope???

the ca aug military version has irons on the top of the scope that work pretty well for short ranges.
you can always take an old toilet paper roll, and zip tie it on top of your gun, should make a general target area of where you are shooting........

Just because I have a short attention span doesn't mean...
Probably stating the obvious here, but why not just buy a cheap red dot sight that attaches to the rail on the AUG?
personally I prefer barrel sighting with the AUG. because of the long skinny barrel and rail, when you shoulder it and look down the side of the gun, its pretty easy to tell where it's pointed at. I threw scopes on both of mine, but on both my smg aug and ex-sniper aug i found barrel sighting to be more effective than using the scopes. Buuuut, they make the aug look better so i leave em on :shock:
