Battlefield: Bad Company

I've had this game since it came out and I think it beats COD4 to shame. The sound and online play are amazing.
Future Loadout???

i agree i love this game

same here, i like how you have to lead people on while sniping. and all the realism... some things are lame, like explosions right next to people, an dthey dont die, but its one hell of a game!

the only thing i don't like is that there is only one type of online game, and the servers are laggy.

And that EA will drop support for the game faster then they did with BF2:MC

no, not for the ps3. lol, the servers are fine, its the game hosts, and new styles of play are being developed.
Jul 9, 2008 4:44am
I am pretty surprised at how well put together the game is. The PS3 servers are SOLID. I have not had ANY lag or drops. The graphics are better then COD4 and so is the actual gameplay. The largest shortcoming is the lack of different online gameplay types. Attack and defend got old FAST.
You just got killed by a Daewoo Lanos...How You like me now?

So it is good? EA has notoriously bad reputation for the quality of programming and bugginess of their games.

Its Very FUN, which equals "good" to me.

Damnit I was hoping you would say it sucked So i could save some money.
Jul 9, 2008 10:03am
its actually done rlly well. since you can make it so you can see just the frame on some buildings. but i mean its not just "segments" form what i can tell, or at least how it looks when playing lol. Like ill be running up to a house with my m16 and switch to the grenade luncher and fire at the midle of a wall and a hole appears where i shot then ill fire one to the interior wall and itl blow up. making an instant door lol.

thinks break where you shoot them but they always break in the same fashion. And sometimes you shoot a building and it doesn't break... you have to shoot it closer to the windows and doors or corners.

There's no way in hell BFBC beats out COD 4. COD 4 is probably one of the all time best shooters ever made. The graphics, sounds and gameplay cannot be beaten by anything currently on the market. BFBC did not impress me in the least (at least with it's downloadable demo).

well if you arent a fan of past battlefields then this one wouldnt impress you lol. And this was the developers first attempt at an actual campaign with a storyline.
Jul 9, 2008 3:06pm
I've preordered Brothers In Arms: Hells Highway
Jul 9, 2008 3:10pm
Getting any Battlefield game for the campaign is a huge mistake.
Jul 9, 2008 3:14pm
I was not impressed so I picked up a copy GRAW2 instead. IMO COD4 still rules all.
