Amazing. I have studied and been interested in ww2 for my whole life, and never heard of those guys. That is why I've always been so into ww2, there are so many amazing stories to be told. Real life is better then any movie. The twists and turns of that war go on and on. Now I have some reading up to do....

These men are all brothers who volunteered for the 13th SS Gebergsdivision (Mountian troops) "Handschar" Yes, this was one of the largest of the Waffen SS divisions and made up primarily of Muslims. They fought against Tito's Partisan forces in the Balkans. They wore a Red colored Fez for dress and Grey Fez for Field ops.
