hi, i have a p226, is the chamber suppose to stick out like that? or is it suppose to have a spring to retract it?

Well if it works like my TM 1911 then you have nothing to worry about. If the back champer thingy sticks to the front part [which is bad], just spray a little silicon oil on there and it'll fix it.

The 226 is pretty lubed, i have a glock the chamber has a spring on it to push it back, i am worried i dont want my 226 to break.
