hey guys i was looking at scopes at AEX.com and i saw the spec ops 1x red dot scope i was wondering is it worth the $75?

It says it doesnt even magnify..whats the point of the scope if it doesnt magnify...? Lol..

The scope you linked to is basically* an RDS.

Hey, i have that on my m4. Its pretty cool, it turns red and green. One of its cool features, is that its not say a dot you see but more of a cross with 2 smaller lines, to use to elevate your gun to be able to shoot farther ( sorry i forgot what that is called). It's metal and has 4 brightnesses of red and 3 of green. the only bad thing that i have heard about it, is it doesn't look good on some guns and looks great on others like the m4 but thats your preference. the scope also has a pretty nice weight to it. Correct me if i am wrong but on the back of the scope wear you look through is threaded, so i have to assumed it is for a lens cover. about magnification is that for an airsoft assault riffle you don't need magnification because your only talking about 175ft accurately. and i learned from experience about over magnifying a gun, i had a 3-9 times scope mounted on my mp5 i would be aiming at a guy and shoot but to miss because he was probably 250 ft away but seemed closer than that. but for an aeg its great especially on a m4/m16 series.

CA M15A4 TC, right now i got a box mag on it with bi-pod and 3-9 scope (bi-pod and scope are frommy sniper i just like look)

yea i have a ca m15 too, the scope gives it a tactical look, it was worth every penny i spent. if you do get it remember to sight the cross with your head on the stock because if you sight it in a diffrent posion than you are when in battle the dot will have seemed to move to prove this go to aex ask to see one turn it on look down it and move your head so your eye moves around and you will see wat i mean. another thing that is cool is the ability to look through the scope and have both eyes open unlike a conventioal scope!
