JG 416 help
I just purchased a Custom Gamepod JG 416 at CQB City today. Shooting about 400-410fps. As you all know the Chinese batteries they come with suck. I have a 11.1v 1500mah LiPo battery sitting around and was wondering if I should even try it.
They told me they replaced all the crappy parts (piston, spring guide, bushings, and spring) with "reinforced" parts. Still don't know if thats enough.
Replaced with Echo 1 parts

Wow. My lipo sucks. I put it in the gun and it swelled up to the size of a baseball. Well, there goes that idea.

I'm running a LiPo in my GP field ready and its working great no issues, is the polairity of the plugs the same?
Look its a bird its a plane, no its just my broken aeg flying all over the place.
It works fine with the battery it came with.
Its possibel either your LiPO pack had a short or the polairity was oposite, go to AEX or GP and get a 4000mah crane batt its a tight fit but it works and you'll up your rate of fire a lot from the stock batt.

So getting a 4000mah Battery will increase my rate of rife?
The higher quality cells (like in the intelects) have a way higher discharge rate than the chineese clone batts, just said 4000 mah because he won't have to charge it as often.

get a bucket of water and drop your lipo into the bucket of water. Take it outside and let it sit there for several days. Your pack is now ruined. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE IT AGAIN. If you do so you will make the pack explode.

The discharge rate is directly related to rate of fire, I think the intelects have like a 30amp discharge rate but I dont have meter to test it (I'm sure someone here has though) and I heard the stock JG batts have a really low discharge rate, can't remember what it was though.

since we are on the topic of JG/Echo 1, does airsoftextreme do repairs on them???

Sure 4000 mah will raise it a bit but not by much at all. Higher MAH is has more to do with how long the battery will last. Your voltage has more to do with ROF.

discharge rating has nothing to do with rate of fire. It's about how much amperage it's capable of handling without damaging the cells.

Jesus way to cut and paste. Try to post some thing other than what you can rip form a website.

I charge my battery, plug it into my gun, close my cover.
[quote="Amateur Ninja"]obviously you dont know him.
Just a heads up I Have 5000Mah ELITE bad ass cells in stock. They are by far the best cell I have ever tested and used out in the field. They cost a little more however, but well worth it. I also do 4000mah and 3300Mah ELITE cells too.
If you read my post's you'll see where I mentioned specific cell packs, and also where I menioned the Mah which was mentioned to avoid having to charge more frequently...ie: more Mah more shots.
