I want to get one of the T handle RIS's for my MP5A4 (ICS) and dont know exactly what all I need to accomplish that. Do I just buy the grip and rail itself, or do I need certain other add-ons and such.

u could buy the g&g ris fore grip and then buy a T-handle. for the scope i think u should get a Ca low profile mount. might need to get the long version if the scope is longish.
