Yeah, wanted to get the bone stock pics first before I get medieval on that orange slide. 8)

MEUs are too legit to quit, dude. Leave it STOCK; at least in the looks department.

Redwolf is still out of mags :( I had to cancel my pre-order to order spare mags, by then out of mags. They are still processing my order and my gunner grips are all by their lonesome.

I know what ya mean... I think stock (aside from messin' with the tip) would be pretty damn cool...
Aug 20, 2008 2:44am
hows the feel? ligit? and what is on the other side of the slide?

The only difference between the MEU Mags and Colt Mags is the bumper/base plate. You can even use either mags in the Detonics.

There are rumors going both ways. Some say they've fired off a mag with it, others say its impossible because of the design of the new gas reservoir...
Aug 20, 2008 3:19am
That is the first I've heard of TM redesigning a new gas reservoir. Unless you've seen actual information on this redesign I'd say it's BS. It's called a MEU magazine because it's part of the "MEU" package.

EDIT: had a counterpoint, posted, realized you changed your post to include more evidence, and put all the rumors to crap.

Are those grips weighted at all?
Aug 20, 2008 3:39am
Like I said all you really need to do is follow simple business logic. Besides, being in airsoft for so long you get to understand TM's basic model lines.

Hey one quick question... would this fit into a Safariland 6004 or a Serpa for 1911's?
Aug 20, 2008 4:21am
Most information posted as facts started out as rumors. For those who don't know or understand, it will only confues them.

At the moment, i don't have any gas (dumb, huh?) :D
Aug 21, 2008 1:46am
Nice man! You are lucky to have gotten one of those! Think you could post some photos of it without the orange tip? Also, I'm not sure if it was already stated, but whats the average FPS on this gun? Seriously thinking about picking one of these up, or a Glock 17.
Aug 21, 2008 1:59am
From what I understand, the Fps is 300, peaking at 305.
Aug 21, 2008 2:39am
My TM 1911 hit 304 with .25s on Sunday.

I just chrono'd my TM Kimber and it's well up there. :?

by "up there" do you mean higher, or about the same?
Aug 21, 2008 5:27am
I just finished tuning mine. So we'll see how it does in much warmer weather.

What did this tuning consist of? Did you just tweak the stock parts, or add a bunch of stuff?
