let them handle it. Pinnacle seems to be pretty good guys. I'm sure it's something pretty simple. BTW which MBK did you use?

I mean, when sliding the slide back on to the frame, you must also push on the barrel to set it in the right position.

I've had the same issue with my P226 it took a little fiddling to get it to go back together at first.
