haven't heard about this till now but wtf was this doing in civilian court? This is clearly a UCMJ matter if anything at all. Are we now at a point where we allow civilian prosecutors to charge Military members with percieved crimes if the Military refuses to do so under UCMJ jurisdiction? This matter should have been handled by his PL or CO to determine weather charges should have been filed.
