so i went to CQB City for the first time yesterday, it was there night game. I f'n loved it. but i feel my gun isnt up to par, and im looking to add some stuff to it. Its an M4 Carbine (G&G) Gamepod Field Ready. Im looking for a rail system, laser, light, maybe a launcher attachment, new battery (maybe a crane stock) and a scope. I have a red dot sight, but i rather have a scope. Please be honest if i sound like im going over the top.

Well, in all honesty i would not get a scope for playing at CQB city. i think a red dot should be fine. if you want you could get a new red dot but i wouldnt get a scope. Also do you mean that you dont think your gun is up to par in looks? or performance? If it s performance you can just upgrade the internals and not the externals/ But if it is looks, then most everything is basically up to how you want your gun to look.

im not saying internally, my gun shoots fine. but when i went the other day i see 3/5 guys with an M4, and they have there rail systems, lights/lasers, and i felt kinda plain. also i want to step into the realm of open fields, so my red dot for cqb city and a scope for outdoors.

im lookng for a new rail system on the fact that i hate the feel of the plastic fore grip, and as i said hopefully get a scope so i can play woods. the reflex sounds tight, can i get a make? model?

im not sure, but i was looking at the s-system, and yeah great point about flash lights, i believe that Cheif told me the same thing

Tac lights are a two edges sword.

I like tac lights for night games, you do have to use them sparingly, but they can temporarily give a view of your enemy while making them lose their night vision (as in the human eye acclimating to a dark environment) and become disoriented. This is why most tac lights are momentary on. Also useful for lighting up darkened windows during the day time.

Correct me if I'm wrong here but a reflex sight is a red dot sight and vice versa. There's absolutely zero comparison even in terms of price between a real eotech and a fake one. For the simple fact that the underlying technology is different.

those attachable rails are what I have, and I mounted a foregrip and a flashlight off the bottom. works PERFECT. just make sure you have a good delta ring spring, otherwise you'll pull the bottom off...damn dinosaur guns...

Rails = more weight...

its a metal rail, not to heavy but very frustrating to attach,

lights are only worth it if they have 200+ lumens :twisted: . Last time i used mine was the NAM night game.... fired the rico up and 3 people did the deer in the headlights thing with their arms up and head turning slightly away. Lasers: meh, i have a green one that i only put on to be ridiculous.

I get the deer in the head lights day or night at CQB City with my Rico, usually followed by a grimace from 3 in the chest : P...or 30 if they're cheating: P
