I feel like the admin position needs to be codified.

I personally assumed that the game hosting admin is ultimately in charge. It's also nice to have all admin have radios on the field to be able to communicate with each other. An admin on each side also helps coordinate things and keeps things in check. You know like having an oppossing view on the field.
