I have a CA M15A4 and it's fully stock. I want to upgrade it and get some range out of it but still stay withing Sac Airsoft AEG FPS parameters. Unfortunately, I have no idea what to do, and need help... I have a budget of $200.

Sounds good, but I was hoping everything would be available at AEX. With the availability of AEX, what would be the next best thing? As for the TM barrel I'll probably find someplace to buy that online.

Here's what some of my digging found:

WGC and Redwolf has these parts. The TM barrel, you could probably ask around on the forums.

the TM barrel from eBay is not the right size. It's for an M4. All the other stuff looks pretty legit though. After adding everything up, the price came out to $116.00, when my budget is $200. Should I go for a new motor like a TM EG1000 and a whole new gear set? Should I trust those CA Upgrade packages posted on AEX?

if you have an m15 carbine, m4 inner barrel will work. if m16 rifl m16 inner barrel will work.

So with the new spring, will it up the FPS? Also, your saying I should just stick with the stock CA motor?

Yes upgrade the spring and keep the motor CA. Thats what i did w/ mine.

So with a new Guarder Tune-Up Spring - SP100 , systema hop-up, Guarder Hop Bucking, 9.6v 2000mah battery, and TM stock barrel what FPS will I be looking at?

stick in a TM Piston/Piston Head set in there....

How much would that cost and where could I find one. Is there any way for me to get up to 400fps?

Wouldn't a Systema M120 be better suited for 400fps? That way I wouldn't need a TM Piston head which I haven't had any luck on finding. Just a though, so correct me if I'm wrong.

I've had no luck on finding a TM Piston Head on Redwolf so, would a Guarder SP110 be good because I don't wanna pay more that what my item costs in shipping through Redwolf.

SP110, with good compression, will push you over 400.

Thanks guys, but I'm gonna stick with the SP110. I've already ordered an SP100 from WGC, but it hasn't been sent, so is there a away to change the order?
