hey can some one please tell me if the TM mark 23 socom silencer has a 14 MM thread on it that will fit say and M4?

Hmmm I'm not totally sure but if the TM NBB version is anything like my KSC MK23 it is a bigger thread than 14mm. I wanna say mine's a 15mm or 16mm thread and I believe it's a negative thread as well but I could be wrong. Finding a silencer for a MK23 might be a challenge though. I looked into it about a year ago and there was like only one or two companys that made one for them.

well the TM NB comes with one, and ive read that the KSC is bigger then 14 MM but i cant find the TM version, thnx any ways though.

NO it will not fit!!!!!! It is a 16mm but you can get ( M16 + to M14- )at Generation Airsoft
