i got the little sight off and now im at the small allen screw that hits the castle nut. that thing is freakin locked in there! has anyone ever removed the flash hider off the ca m14 and how did you do it?
DONT MESS WITH IT!!! My M4 had the same problem, and i finally got it loose but guess what? The tread got completely ate by the allen!

the m4 one is different than how the m14 flash hider is designed. in your case the allen wasnt unscrewed all the way so it was eating up the thread as you unscrew it D:
yeah thats why if i do get a silencer it will be a qd, since mine is stuck on there.

Usually a blowdryer heats up the glue enough to point where it loses some grip.
i touched it with a soldering iron. but it still is a no go, does that work also btw?
i just some pliers and turned it counter clockwise as hard as i could. It scraped the paint off the flashhider but whatever. If you want to keep the paint on the flashhider then dont do what i said. But if u dont care do it.
