Update: One of the grenades blew an o-ring. Does anyone know what size it is?

AEX *used* to have a small bag of spare bearings. I do not know if they still do, since this was back during the days of Trev when he was there.

Sorry for the double post, found bearings that fit: 5/32" fit perfectly. They've all been replaced, but the problem persists. The grenade shell won't reset after being fired. I have to take apart the grenade and manually reset the valve.

Hrmm....I was suspecting it was something like that.
a 5/32 drill (by hand) and a small file should do the trick... wonderful how good madbull's bearing tolerances are... NOT!

Actually, Lifesagame was correct. The holes where the bearings lie had flared. Had to sand them down, they work perfectly now.
I think in his case the bearings are sitting in their holes just fine, it's the plunger that is getting jammed down and not resetting.
