haha I just briefly skimmed allllll the response...and I'm not driving homies around to be "cool" and I don't do it frequently. and actually, it's a year without driving anyone now...

Yeah you have to wait a year to drive people, but you cant drive at night until you are 18. Some of the rules don't go away after a year.

Ironic. I just got a ride home from school from one of my "homies" as you youngster like to call them, and when we got into his car there was a ticket on his windshield. He checked it out and it was for driving a motor vehicle with persons under 25 years of age while having a provisional license. Turns out he somehow got busted for driving some kid to school this morning.
