I'm looking at getting a chest rig that will look good with my desert camo BDU and my woodland BDU. I know OD will look good with woodland, but will it be ok with desert too?

So u have desert bdu's and want to buy an OD chest rig? Maybe it's just me but i think you would be an easy target in a game because of the difference of colors.

Ok, so desert with OD is ok? I can't really imagine it making me an easier target though...

The chest rig Shawn offered you is a nice one. OD would look fine.

solid colors work much better for airsoft. At the ranges we play the camo patterns standout regardless of environment Especially woodland and DCU once you get used to looking for it.

different colors are good they break up your outline, look at multicam theres difrent colors in it

Remember Kids, Camouflage only works when your standing completely still. The 509th PIR did a study a few years ago when all the "new" colors came out. Black was the worst and Coyote brown worked the best. These where all used with the now obsolete (SF excluded) Woodland camo.
