As some of you may or may not know, I'm a supervisor for a security company called Paladin. Last year we introduced airsoft in our scenario training program, where our armed officers had to temporarily replace their firearms with airsoft variants.
With the propper mindset this could be some fairly decent force on force and de-escalation training for both sides.
