Interesting... whats your plan for the mags?

Well... I had hoped to shorten and fill in thompson mags becuase they are almost the right size... but it wasn't really working so for now I'm going to just have to have ugly m14 mags untill I can figure something better out.

It's a tiny gun to work with. I tried to get the gearbox into the carbine stock but there was just no way. I desided to just glue the front of the carbine to the m14 stock. Mine is actully really close in size to the real thing, just the m14 stock is a little deeper and that's what I needed. I am still going to do a bunch of work bondo/wood/dremel work to the stock to make it all flow a little better and make it look more carbine like. Once I add the sights and other little details I think it will be pretty darn close. It's not going to fool anyone close up, but I think it will look good.

Perhaps some of you wouldn't mind identifying these WW2 items that were passed down to me? I know what some are, and that took a lot of research. :D

Cool, yeah I was told WW2 but the bags and pouches looked newer to me.
