FOR SALE THREAD
A friend of mine was involved in a similar incident in Hayward. In that instance, the American flag was actually pulled down and stomped into the ground and he went in swing to rescue it. Him and 5 or so other guys stood down a crowd of 50 or so illegal immigrants. He made the front page of some paper for his heroic actions.
man, this is just one of those things where you wish you had a firing squad handy. if i was there i would've fought back no matter the consequences.

If you guys think that a mistreatment of ones country flag is some horrible and unspeakable act of terrorism, you've got alot to learn about what it is that actually instills and carries out these ideologies = the individual American. The American that educates themselves and votes, the American that contributes to society, the American that is aware of their freedoms and takes use to them. The flag is meant to be symbolic of these values, not the mere vessel of them.

Wow.
Marines die, that's what we're here for. But the Marine Corps lives forever. And that means YOU live forever.
I just always think of that Taco Shell "True Mexican Genius" commercial and lol. Then I feel a little better.
Hanging the flag upside down is a sign of distress. Placing another flag above the the American Flag is extremely disrespectful. As a Boy Scout, my troop learned about the Flag, and from day one there were 2 rules. 1) Never place another flag above the American Flag as it is a sign of disrespect. 2) If the Flag touches the ground, it must be retired by a Boy Scout Troop, or the Veterans of Foreign Wars. A Flag is not burned, but retired. It is a honorable ceremony.
I don't carry a gun to scare people.
They could be burning it, spitting on it, and stepping on it.
