Bay Area League
Hey guys, i am the "creator" of a new Airsoft league that is just getting started up near the bay area, I was wondering if any of you guys had tips to help me get started and also I was wondering if there was anyway to coordinate events with you guys. I and all others that would join our small league (about 50) are high school age, but believe me, we are very serious about our Airsoft. Any information/help would be GREATLY appreciated.
I also am creating a team near my bay area(Montery, Carmel, PG, Salinas) Anyway all I can say is train them well and just practice scenarios so you can be ready. I was lucky because I have 4yrs. S.W.A.T training. So a lot of my experiace plays into airsoft, like tactics, weapon use, and such.

well if you read his post carefully you would've noticed he said "his bay area" which different from "the bay area" like there's only one bay area on this whole planet.

:oops: WOOPS, i feel pretty stupid, now. thanks guys, mybad...
kagedbeast and Thumper, do you guys have access to a field to play at?
It's in the works but I am hoping to get one hopefully by around November or December? I am seeing if a guy I used to work w/ will let me rent his field for games. I will update as soon as more events unfold.

I'm from San Francisco and i really hope you could get the whole bay area thing working. Before Matt from Oakland's AEX left he knew a guy that organized a game that happened at an abandoned lot at the port of oakland, if you could get in touch with matt then you might have something going. I have been trying to get a game going at mare island but its hard to contact the right people.
F*ck it, if no one calls their shots I'll just play Call of Duty4
JMiggle, You may find this satisfying;

thanks for the info wraith sorry about the whole matt thing. I didnt know he wasn't liked but i did know he was a douche bag at times. Personally i never had any problems with him.

kagedbeast where do you currently play? Bay Area Airsoft League(BAAL) already has a few teams with whom we coordinate games with on a bi-weekly basis. I don't think we can have another 50 plus coming to the field because of parking but if you have another place that is bigger we can organize something.
