Your grammar sucks, spelling is atrocious and diction isn't much better. I'm sure you can do better, just type like you're typing a paper. You're posting asking for job references... you might want to act more professional. Hell even when I'm texting unless I need to shave off characters to make the message fit into one text I don't do that.
You don't get it, you are asking us, to put our reputations on the line by recommending/giving you information on jobs, yet you (Vehemently) refuse to use at least half-way readable English?
