I'm planning on getting a new tightbore longer barrel to be added to be CA M15 with a silencer to cover up the extra barrel.

Depends on the length of the silencer (and of your rifle's barrel, though we're assuming you have a 363 mm inner barrel currently)

I'm not sure if this is going to of much help but my TM M16 has a 550mm inner barrel and it stops just short of the end of the flash hider.
I have always acted in self defense, occasionally pre-emptive self defense.
550 should just fit with that suppressor. May peek out in front, but should be hidden in profile.
To be exact...measure the length of the silencer in cm and multiply by 10 (this converts it to mm) then add...
