For a modern Russian Federation impression "Spetznas" is very vague. GRU, MVD and FSB units while all basically Spetznas units have very different jobs and loadouts. Oh, and that stuff you see in pics that looks like flectarn is not.. its a gorka with ww2 German pattern Oak-ish camo
