So after 16 years of renting, 2 months of qulifying for a loan, 4 months of looking for that right house, 1 outbid, 1 month of escrow and 2 hours of filling out paper work, I am now the proud owner of a 218,000 dollar 3 bedroom 2 bath home on .25 acres with 30 years of being the slave to the banks. WOOHOO again!
