PBS also just did a special on afghanistan focusing on my bravo company in my battalion...

so I found out today that being zero'd by enemy mortars is no fun

yea were all good. i told john about it a bit. I got some video where you can see the mortars zeroing and can pause it and see RPGs flying by, haha. The fight here I think is kinda hidden from the public? its still very real here. yesterdays fight enemy had mortars, RPG, and PKM fire on us. The day before they mortar'd us and PKM us, a week before or so they grenade our gaurd tower. Week before that pkm and recoiless rifle at us. that is winter time too... it slows down in winter.. we actually went through october with like one attack, that was amazing.
