ok i opened up my bar 10??? the other day and i can't seem to figure out to get the clyinder open. I looked round and I heard that there was a pin inside that you had to remove is this it???

its should just unscrew. im not sure which way ask cagedconner. but as for a method, try some cloth or a towel wrapped around the head and then use pliers. but dont squeeze to hard.

There are "mods" to open the cylinder but it isn't the greatest idea... If you are looking for better performance, do it right, buy an aftermarket cylinder set. Almost all parts for the tm vsr10 will work for the bar 10.

that's not a bar10 bro :( it's a mp001. APS cylinder, VSR trigger, proprietary hop, basically un-upgradable unless you have access and experience with a machine shop
darn guess ill have to go buy a sniper then (hello barret) :D

not necessarily, the last mp001 i had was capable of 200ft+ shots when in the right hands. It'll take a good amount of work, but it's possible to get 450fps out of it, with some more accuracy too.
