is the HFC m9 is any good?, if not what other blowback guns would you guys recommend within the same price range,
If i were him i would get the TM M9.

yeah definately. TM pistols are reliable and are good performance wise. The bodies aren't metal but who cares, right? :wink:

Be aware though when you buy an M9 because they are know for the trigger spring breaking. Ive gone through 2 M9's and both worked great and still do if you like pushing the trigger forward. I never figured out how to replace the spring but im sure if you could it woudnt be a problem.

TM M9's were the best GBB I've owned. I've owned 3 over the years. All were bought used with thousands of rounds put through them. Hell one had about 7 previous owners. I put thousands upon thousands more rounds through them, and they eventually all went on to be sold to new owners.
My old TM m9 was awesome. Swat monkey owned it before me and he was like the third owner. I sold it to someone else. lol.
