So the question is, does the metal body you buy neccesarily need to be by the same manufacturer of the weapon? i recently purchased a CA SA M-7 sportline(AK47) and i want to build it up, the MBK is a bit over my price range, will a Prime or G&G MBK work out?

the MBK does NOT need to be the same brand as the gun. EX. My old M4 had a Hurricane MBK.

some kits for the AK do not fit exct, therefore, requiring minor adjustments (modification)

The CA sportline AK's are the same design as a Marui AK.
