Well i am very new to airsoft and just got my first GBB pistol today (KJW FM m9 elite) and the mag seems to have some problems. I am using propane to fill the mags if that matters at all...
i think you're not resetting the safety latch thing on the valve release button. the button on the side of the mag (the one the hammer hits to release the gas), check to see if there is a sliding part on there that's keeping the button depressed. If so, slide that thing down (towards the bottom of the mag ie the fill valve). Then fill up your mag. hope that helps, if not I have no idea what is wrong.
What's a signature?
Well i can see no slideing part on my mag near the part where the hammer strikes the mag. I have tryed filling the mag with that part pressed in and un pressed and it still has the same effect of the gas just shooting out the top of the mag...do i have bad seals or is the mag just FUBARed? :( :( :(
You might want to try and tighten the fill valve. Find a screwdriver that is the right size so as to reach both slots on the valve and try tightening it. Beware you can break these so be gentle. Kjw mags as far I have used have always been problematic. The good news is that TM ( Tokoyo Mauri ) m9 mags will work in it. These are a higher quality magazine.
