Seek the Narrow Gate, for the path is broad and the gate is wide that leads to destruction.
M42's, trouser suspenders (not a belt fan, and everything else came in. I'm still waiting on the patches and bandage. I got the helmet net on and scrim'ed. I'll take a photo once I slap the bandage on and get the patches sew onto the m42's.
Awesome, can't wait to see it. Don't put the bandage on the helmet, they 502nd did not do that like the 506th, the 'deuce" had them on there suspenders most of the time.

Cool picture I haven't seen before of E Co.
Holy crap! 12 BAR magazines loaded onto the belt, with two filled canteens is heavy! I can't imagine how heavy that crap was when real 30.06 rounds loaded up. Now I just need to get more grenades.

Just three, 1 101st and 2 Sgt's, but without a thumb cover thingy, I kept poking myself.
I'm swinging by home depot tomorrow after class to pick up a bunch of sandbags. Any chance you and your dad will be able to come out early on Saturday? I'm not planning to pick anyone else up and no other stops, so god willing I'm crossing my fingers I can hit the field by 7-7:20AM. I want to head out to the new area we found and start filling sand bags.
im not sure if we will be able to or not. will let you know later if we are able to.
