i have a KWA M4 CQB and a KWA m15A4 Battle Rifle. I want to upgrade them both to shoot about 480 fps. What's all the cons or parts i have to replace?

Word of caution, upgrading your guns to do this, will make them too "hot" to use at any SacAir games unless you mechanically disable your full auto capabilities.
