I have had two ebay ads be completely removed because of logo infringement on an MP5K and an MP5. Supposedly H&K said I was advertising their logo. Neither gun has their logo, any thoughts?

Cover it up with tape and just say it has no H&K trades. I don't think they have anything better to do nowadays. Just tread carefully because Darryl on CA.net got his Ebay account suspended indefinetly.

I sell on ebay all the time and it seems many companys are starting to crack down on ebay. I have had two HK items kicked and 1 Glock item kicked. For the HK stuff you cant use: HK, Heckler and Koch, MP5 of any kind, and such. Even using the words MP5A5 or MP5SD6 is considered infrindgement. I talked to ebay.

Well technically no, most males have a similar looking...organ. Additionally, I'm not sure you can copyright anatomy. However, if you were to modify your organ so as to be incontrovertibly unique, you may have a case. Perhaps the removal of both...berries and replacement with jacks?

They got me. A new letter was sent to me now they say no MP5, G3, G36 or USP are allowed to be sold on ebay. Grrrrrrrr. Ok Craigslist here I come.
