does anyone know if Midlan are condsidered to be Kenwood or Icomm 2-pins? I'm pretty sure kenwood but i'd really hate tof ind out the hard way.

For a radio, I'd go with the TASC style headset from Aviation. I've had it for a while now, and I've never had a single problem with it, except the lack of other people with radios, so I don't hear much through it.

Well, depends. I made the mistake of ordering mine on the friday before a three day weekend, so the order didn't get processed for awhile and took about a week and a half for it to come, right after I got back from my October Cimmerian camping trip.
