What connectors are these?

Can anyone give me the name of these connectors? I want to buy more but I do not know the technical name for this type in particular. Thanks

They have 2 names that I know of. "Bullet Connector and Banana Plug".

they look like the inner rod on an every day RCA plug.

hmm it's hard to tell with all that shrink wrap on them, they kinda look like these:
