As the title says, is this here battery with its awsome price too good to be true http://www.batteryspace.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=2905 it has good reviews but....I dont know.

Why do you think it's too good to be true? Because of the mAh output?

Well it is a 4200mah battery with a supposedly 40amp output for only $30... most batteries like that cost almost if not more than twice that. I guess i am wondering if it will really have that high of an output or if it will even last as long as another more expensive 8.4 4200mah battery.

How many amps does your AEG pull?

IR = Internal Resistance The lower the better.

That website has always sold cheap batteries, don't be surprised.

I bought that exact battery from them, it's definitely good stuff. I'd recommend it in a heart beat.

I am the same way, I tend to buy dirt-cheap batteries and when they die, I usually can afford 2 more with the money I saved.
