ok. I got a first gen iPod touch eight gig and so today it locked up on me so I restarted so after it restarts none of my programs that I installed from the app store don't work but all the programs that come with the new software upgrade work. Any ideas in how I can fix this would be great. Thanks Ryan
Ya windows when I say restarted it I pushed the home button and power button at the same time
If the Apps were free: Just download them again.

np man. If all else fails, give AppleCare a call, and see whats up. You got it free for 90 days, and a 1 year coverage on warrenty. It covers just about everything besides accidental (shattered screens for example).
