i think the newscaster and the chick were being really rude, honestly those people dressing up are not doing any harm at all.

Ya at this point true. However as soon as a few of them start going around with tasers and pepper spray trying to stop crimes they are going to get themselves hurt or killed and get others hurt or killed.

Why cant he just do charitable things without the costume. I know it may add to his "desire" to do these kinda things, but it seems like not one of these people has stopped or prevented any crime. If one did, im 155% sure the costume they were wearing had no effect on the way they handled the situation.

actaully did you guys know that it's am isdemeanor to wear a mask or eotherwise disguise your identity except for Hallowwen and regional holidays that require them.
