Who gave Gasket permission to post a game he is running on Sacair?

He asked me a while back if I would co-HOST a game on the 11th with him. I was already planning too run one and told him he couldn't HOST or co-HOST with me due to stepping down, but I welcomed any scenario ideas he had. He seemed fine with this, but my work schedule changed and this weekend I told him I wouldn't be able to "HOST" a game and suggested he speak to a different admin. He seemed fine with this.

He PM'd me asking me if he could post up a game. I never replied since I knew he was shopping for an admin.

Can we ban him and his dip kid?

I have to stay away from this, as I can not be non biased on the issue. So I'll go with what ever you guys come up with.

I'll back a suspension (temp ban of a week or 2) and formal letter / PM explaining his restrictions, but at this time I won't vote yes on a ban.

If the guy is still doing questionable things I'll back the suspension. The mans helped me out a great deal, but if he's rocking the boat he needs to be chilled.

Its pretty simple really,he has been dishonest and manipulative. Other stuff aside playing dumb trying to get a hot gun onto the field more than once is reason enough for me.

which was already resolved. He was not intentionally trying to get a hot gun on, he figured, wrongly, that it wouldnt be a hot gun if it was shooting with 25's. Yes that was stupid, yes we have told him before. I do not belive he was intentionally trying to get over on anyway, i belve he was just trying to find a way for the guy to play. Beer man has issues of wanting to be liked and i feel that was one of those times.

Im not angry about anything, I just see a recurring problem that needs a final solution. I personally thinks he plays dumb to things when it suits his needs. I find evidence of this in the fact he "shops for admins" wanting to run games after being told MANY times that was going to be a no go. he has personally contacted me after I deleted a game he posted with false information saying James gave him the go ahead. when confronted he acts very confused about the situation which I see and an avodiace tacic. The hot gun episode is another instance....as well as bringing Ross to games after is was made abudently clear he was banned. If I thought as you do, that it was an honest mistake I would have a different view on the situation but I don't. I see too much of a pattern between these instances to write it off as pure negligence.

its still old stuff, if we wanted to ban or whatever him for the ross or the hot gun and several other things we should have done that a long time ago, not now. Just like we didnt ban the jack ass withthe hotgun do to the timeing. If we want to ban people we need to do it within a reasonable time of the offense. I do not feel we should ban someone for something that happend last summer. And with the game thing, he has now been warned, if he does that agian i say sure ban him, but so far i see nothing in what you have said that he has done currently or lately that deserves a banning. We have given many many many many chances to people who didnt deserve them, im not even saying give this guy a chance now, im saying its not right to ban someone for something months after the fact....
