THIS WAS AN EXICUTION... And as much as i hate to admit it (because seeing crooked people in law enforcement hurts), this guy did a horrible thing. Be it occupational stress or whatever you might want to blame it on,

Okay, let's say it was murder in the first degree, pre-meditated murder. What would the motive be? Did the guy wake up that morning and say to himself, "Hey, lets go shoot Oscar Grant!" then plan it all out?

I cited Wikipedia because I know that that definition is fairly accurate. If you'd like, you're more than welcome to read any number of legal theory books that will say roughly the same thing. In fact, I implore you to do so and prove me wrong.

What I don't get about these protests is the fact that they still were (are) marching for justice, even after Mehserle was put in jail and charged with murder. Kind of after the fact there.
