can anyone suggest a source that i can learn more about battery charging i am having problems with a few batts that do not seam to get a full charge

thanx for the direction ill look into it by the way all we have is nimh from 7.2 to 9.6 and id say the batts i have are just over a season old 1 brand new one i just got is only working on full auto for about 5 seconds and then is dead
