we have had countless respawn issues in the past with live players hanging out with dead players, both talking, and no one knowing who they can shoot. We have seen to many times live players using the spawn as cover.

Stupid is the price we pay for being a nice cuddly inclusive group. The only way I can see to change this is to keep the admin to player ratio high enough to insure we have maximum oversight. That way if these morons need a kick in the pants its always close by and speedy in its delivery. We can never solve these problems but we can fix them quickly enough as to not make a disturbance in the game as a whole.
I like your idea John, but the problem I see is admin's don't always show up. I've seen several games, where some of you guys have signed up, but don't show up at all. Hell even this weekend, I signed up to come, but had to call off at the last minute. It isn't anything bad, but unless you announce your not coming before the game you could really screw over the guy hosting admin.
I disagree. If someone wants to take a few minutes to rest up in respawn and BS with his buddys before going back out more power to him. Obviously that does not apply to asshats trying to get an unfair advantage by hiding in the respawn area. proper admin oversight can cure all of this without have to institute ridiculous respawn rules.
Ok, but someone who is loitering around during an in progress game and doesn't expect to get hit, is in himself or herself a fing moron. If people don't want to get hit, they need to get off the field and rest in the parking lot.
