Hey I was looking around and I found a site (www.airsoftshop.com) that offers a 400fps upgrade for all AEG's for USD$25. Being new at airsoft, I don't know if this is BS or not.

It's for real. But it's just the bare bones upgrade. You get a better spring and bushings. If you're just starting out, that's all you really need. But don't put it up to 400 FPS. A spring that stiff will lower your ROF noticeably and if you ever want an inner barrel or something, you'll be over the limit.

ive got a m120 metal bushing and a tight bore barrel and im not over 400fps...............................

That's not what I meant. Don't go for the 400 FPS upgrade just in the spring. Get the 350 one, and plan to get an inner barrel later on.

IMO an m-90 spring and a tightbore barrel is a good way to go if you will be shooting .2s

springs dont care about what weight bb you are. only chronos and admins.
